101 Ideas for the Grill


He may call himself the minimalist, but Mark Bittman of the New York Times has a knack for coming up with list featuring the “101 best” of something. Last year, it was summer salads. This year, it’s grilling ideas. Two that caught my eye: grilled pineapple with some ridiculous sounding peanut-chili sauce and kebabs of fig and bacon.
