Daily Show Endorsement Boosts Pat on Twitter

Clearly, the directive to the Twitter followers of @TheDailyShow was effective. I picked up about a thousand followers in a few hours. It’s not a total surprise that my NY1 “In the Papers” segment and Pat’s Papers have some fans at The Daily Show, because we clearly have a mutual interest in finding and enjoying offbeat and absurd news items. But it’s still a nice shoutout to receive. I tweeted a note of thanks, to which @TheDailyShow responded:
