Tom Brokaw is not a fan of the White House Correspondent’s Dinner. He went on a mini-tirade yesterday on “Meet the Press” lambasting the annual event as evidence that the media has given up on serious political coverage. Brokaw does fess up to being a charter member of the White House Correspondents Association, but says even though he’d “like to meet Charlize Theron,” things have gotten a little out of hand.
