Stephen Colbert isn’t running for president—yet. But last night he transferred his Super PAC to Jon Stewart, freeing him up to enter the South Carolina primary. Colbert then announced the following: “I am proud to announce that I am forming an exploratory committee to lay the groundwork for my possible candidacy for the president of the United States of South Carolina!”
